Individual session: €85 (incl. VAT)
Student session with valid ID: €70 (incl. VAT)
Couples session: €120 (incl. VAT).

Please note our cancellation policy before booking. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and missed appointments, are charged at the full session fee.

No pressure · No risk

The first session is a regular therapy session, but if after 30 minutes you do not feel it is the right fit, we will stop there and you will not be charged.

There is no waiting list. If you have questions before choosing a time, send me a message and I will personally respond.

Preparing for your appointment

Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can speak without being overheard. Have a stable internet connection and any notes you would like to discuss.

Don’t worry if you don’t know where to start. That is completely normal; I will guide the conversation gently in the right direction.
