Navigating life and culture in a new country
Adapting to a new country involves everyday questions about communication norms, social expectations, administrative systems, and emotional well-being. A dedicated workshop provides a safe, interactive space for participants to understand Dutch cultural nuances and share experiences.

About the trainer
I am Iryna, a certified psychologist. I live in Eindhoven. Private sessions are online. My background includes private practice and on-site psychological support at refugee locations for municipalities in North Brabant.
I bring firsthand understanding of cultural adaptation combined with professional psychological expertise, delivering engaging workshops in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
Format and pricing
Format: In-person on-site at your refugee location or municipal facility.
Duration: 2 hours.
Audience: Ukrainians living in the Netherlands, as well as municipal coordinators and volunteers.
Fee: €600 (incl. VAT).
